1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Provided
Steingass Mechanical Contracting provides mechanical contracting services, including but not limited to HVAC installation and maintenance, plumbing, and related services. These Terms govern your use of all services we provide, whether booked online, by phone, or in person.
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and current information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any communication or account-related information and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of our services.
4. SMS Communications and Consent
Steingass Mechanical Contracting, LLC will collect verbal opt-ins from customers. Customers may opt in to receive SMS notifications (e.g., billing, appointment reminders, dispatch updates, job completion surveys) either in person at our location or during a phone call initiated by the customer.
Upon first registration, customers will be asked for their phone number and informed about receiving text messages. They will also be notified of possible message and data rates, variable message frequency, and instructions to text HELP for support or STOP to unsubscribe. Customers will also be informed that their number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. 5. Payment Terms
All services are subject to the payment terms outlined at the time of booking or engagement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may result in additional charges or service disruptions.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steingass Mechanical Contracting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any warranties, whether express or implied, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes to Terms
