We completed the conversion of a former Sam’s Club in the Willoughby area east of Cleveland into a refrigerated produce packaging facility with 120,000 square feet of special thermal panels and various refrigeration equipment that provides fresh packaged produce to many grocery stores in the Cleveland area.
